Rodney and Enver: Two guys, one passion - chocolate! I met the two of them at the Neigbourhood Food market in Westerpark last January. They have started their own chocolate factory, just because they love it and because there's no other chocolate factory in Amsterdam. Rodney and Enver do everything in the chocolate making process themselves, from buying the cocoa beans 'til wrapping up the chocolate bars. They make the chocolate how they like it themselves - a relatively dark milk chocolate bar (37%) and a very dark chocolate bar (68%). If you want to, you can even visit the factory.
